This is my plan of what I will eat today:
One Special K bar
3.5 servings low fat lunch meat
2 low fat string cheese
4 reduced fat rolls
2 2/3 cup servings sausage crumbles
1/2 cup reduced fat cheese
Spoon of spaghetti sauce
